中学生の頃、パリへのバレエ留学を予定していましたが、
コロナ禍により実現には至りませんでした。
その分、身体の使い方や基礎と向き合う時間を大切にしてきました。
ストレッチ・バーレッスンに加え、
ご希望があれば簡単なコンビネーションにも対応します。

まず受講者の経験や目的を確認し、現在の身体の使い方や癖を見ながら指導を行います。
オンラインでも分かりやすいよう、動きの見本とともに、どこを意識すべきか、どこに力が入りやすいかを言語化しながら説明します。
単に動きを真似るのではなく、「なぜその使い方をするのか」を理解してもらうことを重視し、無理のない範囲で段階的にレベルを上げていきます。
指導対象は、ダンス未経験者から経験者まで対応可能です。
未経験者や初心者には、姿勢の作り方、正しい立ち方・重心の取り方、基礎的なストレッチとバーレッスンを中心に指導します。
経験者には、身体の使い方の見直しや、バーレッスンでの安定感、動きの質を高めることを目的とした内容まで対応可能です。
プロレベルや高度な技術指導については対象外とし、基礎の定着と身体の使い方の改善を主な指導範囲としています。

単に動いて消費するのではなく、正しい身体の使い方を身につけることでダイエットを達成出来ることを重視して指導します。
姿勢や重心の位置、使う筋肉を意識しながらストレッチやバーレッスンを行い、日常生活でも代謝が落ちにくい身体づくりを目指します。
無理な負荷や急激な運動は行わず、オンラインでも安全に取り組めるよう、一つ一つの動きを確認しながら進めていきます。ダイエット目的の場合、運動初心者や体力に自信のない方でも取り組める内容から指導可能です。
ストレッチやバーレッスンを通して、姿勢改善や引き締め、身体のラインを整えることを目標とします。
短期間で大幅な体重減少を目指す指導や、食事制限を中心とした指導は行わず、継続することで身体が変わっていくダイエットを主な指導範囲としています。
